Summary
- Flitners bought back their 6,713-acre Bighorn Mountain Ranch in Wyoming from Kanye West
- Ranch was founded in 1906 and has been in the Flitner family for generations
- Kanye's plans to create a "Yeezy Campus" on the property never materialized

In a significant development, the Flitner family has regained ownership of their historic Bighorn Mountain Ranch in Wyoming, which had been in the hands of Kanye West for the past six years. The 6,713-acre property, founded by Arthur Flitner in 1906, has been an integral part of the Flitners' grazing operation for generations.
According to the reports, Greg and Pam Flitner purchased the $14 million ranch back from Kanye West in a sale that was notarized on September 17, 2025, in Zurich by West's wife, Bianca Censori. The Flitners had attempted to lease the property back from Kanye during his ownership, but their efforts were unsuccessful.
Kanye had acquired the ranch in 2019, just months after purchasing the nearby 3,885-acre Monster Lake Ranch. The rapper's plans for the Bighorn Mountain Ranch included creating what he called the "Yeezy Campus" and manufacturing shoes in nearby Cody. However, these ambitious plans never materialized, and the property has now returned to its original owners.
The Flitners are relieved that Kanye did not destroy any of the historic structures on the property, including the family's beloved Baldridge Cabin, which has served as the cow camp headquarters for decades. The family is now looking forward to preserving the ranch's legacy and continuing their grazing operations on the land.
