The Dick Wolf television universe is set to expand further in 2026 with the introduction of a new CIA series. This new show will join FBI on Monday nights. While initial plans suggested the series would be a backdoor pilot for FBI, those plans were scrapped.
However, CBS has confirmed an exciting crossover event. Jeremy Sisto will guest star as FBI Agent Jubal Valentine in the series premiere of CIA. This appearance will officially connect the two shows, confirming they operate within the same fictional version of New York City.
The CIA series is set to premiere on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 10 p.m. ET on CBS. It replaces Watson in the Monday night lineup. This crossover builds on a larger trend of interconnectedness within the Wolf Entertainment banner, linking Law & Order, One Chicago, and FBI.
While major two-part events between FBI and CIA are not anticipated, the premiere crossover is a notable development. The series stars Tom Ellis as CIA Agent Colin Glass and Nick Gehlfuss as FBI Agent Bill Goodman.
