Fat Joe has frequently expressed immense gratitude for Joey, calling him a "blessing" and an "angel."
Ryan Cartagena, born in January 1995, is Fat Joe's second son. While Fat Joe initially hoped Ryan would pursue a career outside of music, Ryan has followed his passion for hip-hop, performing under the name RySoValid. He graduated from Full Sail University in 2015 with a degree in entertainment business management.
Azariah Cartagena, born in May 2006, is Fat Joe's youngest child and only daughter. Azariah, whom he affectionately calls "Azzy," continues to be a source of inspiration and pride for the rapper.
