The film, set to be directed by Peter Hutchings, is based on a story by Morgan Matson. This project marks Hutchings' third collaboration with actress Lucy Hale. Producers Claude Dal Farra and Brian Keady of BCDF Pictures are spearheading the production, with Matthew Shreder's Concourse Media and Archetype Media Finance also involved.
