Fanning & Moore to Star in Margaret Wise Brown Biopic

Actors Elle Fanning and Julianne Moore have been cast in "Moonsong: A Life In Seven Verses," a forthcoming film that will delve into the life of celebrated children's book author Margaret Wise Brown. This biographical drama aims to bring to life the story of Brown, known for her enduring works such as "Goodnight Moon" and "The Runaway Bunny," which first captivated readers in the 1940s.

Rebecca Miller is directing the film, with herself and Damon Cardasis serving as producers. Renowned filmmaker Martin Scorsese is also involved, attached as an executive producer. Miller's prior experience directing a documentary series on Scorsese informed her approach to this project. Fanning's upcoming roles also include "The Nightingale," while Moore is set to appear in Jessie Eisenberg's "The Debut."
