The latest chapter in the acclaimed Evil Dead franchise, titled Evil Dead Burn, has commenced its box office journey in India. On its opening day, the supernatural horror film garnered Rs 3.15 crore in nett collections. This release was strategically shown across 3,573 screenings throughout India. Consequently, the film's total gross collection in India for its first day stands at Rs 3.74 crore, with its nett earnings reaching Rs 3.15 crore.

Evil Dead Burn, the sixth film in the series, continues the franchise's tradition of intense horror, featuring graphic violence and demonic themes. The movie centers on a new cast encountering the cursed Necronomicon, unleashing malevolent forces and a desperate fight for survival against the demonic Deadites. The series, known for its distinctive blend of gruesome horror and dark humor, began with the 1981 cult classic, The Evil Dead.
