Las Vegas visitors can now experience a dual rush of adrenaline and fine dining.

The Evel Knievel Experience, created by Mike Patterson and his family, is an interactive homage to the legendary daredevil. This establishment features Knievel's actual uniforms, helmets, motorbikes, and details his over 200 jumps, including infamous crashes. A highlight is a realistic 360-degree virtual reality motorcycle jump simulation that places visitors in Knievel's shoes.

In parallel, Sartiano's Italian Steakhouse, a concept brought from New York by Scott Sartiano and James Beard Award winner Alfred Portale, offers a luxurious dining experience at Wynn Resort. Executive Chef Michael Rubinstein orchestrates a menu featuring tableside presentations, shellfish towers, and shareable dishes. The restaurant's design includes a chic cocktail bar, leopard-carpeted floors, and views overlooking the Wynn Golf Course, illuminated by the Las Vegas Sphere.

Sartiano's menu boasts refined appetizers like Oscietra Caviar Cannoli and Heirloom Tomato Panzanella, followed by pasta dishes such as Fusilli with Wagyu beef ragu. Signature steaks, including Bistecca Florentina carved tableside, are sourced from distinguished ranches. Desserts range from Pannetone bread pudding to Lemon Fantasy Semifreddo, concluding with an array of gelato and sorbetto flavors.
