From The Creators Productions, their company, focuses on creating large-scale competition and dating formats. The company has recently sold its first series into development at HBO and is actively partnering with other production entities. Notable collaborations include multiple projects with Ryan Reynolds' Maximum Effort and a social experiment competition series in development with Alfred Street, a producer known for 'Project Runway.'

In addition to these ventures, Eric and Romany are involved in developing branded "micro-series." Eric is also working with stylist Law Roach to expand his global brand, encompassing product lines and ancillary businesses, further diversifying their professional portfolio.
