Heeseung, now EVAN, debuted as a soloist in June 2026.

ENHYPEN's leader, Jungwon, officially addressed the fan discussions surrounding the group's membership. During a July 8th Weverse Live, he declared, "ENHYPEN is six members," aiming to resolve lingering uncertainties. He noted that fan chants for seven members disrupt their performances and alienate dedicated fans. Jay, the group's oldest member, previously asked fans not to bring up the seven-member lineup and reiterated on a July 12th Mexico City stage, "We are six."

Heeseung's departure in March 2026 was announced by Belift Lab as a mutual decision. Despite significant fan protests and petitions globally, the company maintained he would not return. Since his exit, ENHYPEN has continued promoting and touring as a six-member group, launching their Blood Saga World Tour in June 2026. Heeseung has since debuted as a soloist under the name EVAN, releasing his single "RIDE OR DIE" in June 2026.
