Elle Woods' Cosmic Secret: Not a Gemini?
1 Jul
Summary
- Elle Woods believed she was a Gemini for 16 years.
- Her mother revealed Elle is actually a Cancer.
- This zodiac reveal adds depth to Elle's character.
The new Legally Blonde prequel series, "Elle," now streaming, offers a deeper exploration of Elle Woods' character, particularly her relationship with astrology. While Elle has long identified as a Gemini, a revelation in episode seven discloses that she is, in fact, a Cancer.
This surprising discovery stems from a bet between her father and his friends, which concealed her actual birthdate for sixteen years. The series posits that this zodiac cusp may explain Elle's intuitive, loyal, nurturing, and moody traits, fitting the Cancer sign and suggesting she can embody aspects of both Gemini and Cancer.
This astrological identity crisis is presented as a pivotal moment for the younger Elle, adding a new layer to her self-perception before she embraced her Gemini persona, as seen in the original Legally Blonde films.
