WME and Idris and Sabrina Elba's Hope Foundation have initiated a partnership to support young individuals in accessing creative career opportunities. This collaboration centers on WME's free professional development program, WME NXT, and the Hope Foundation's Creative Futures initiative.

These events will facilitate conversations between emerging creatives and industry leaders regarding access and career sustainability. Creative Futures, launched in the UK in 2024, offers practical training and mentorship, expanding access to film, television, music, and other creative fields.
WME NXT, established in 2020, has reached over 27,000 participants globally and facilitated 60 hires within WME and its affiliates, including placements at major companies like Disney and HBO. The partnership aims to extend Creative Futures' reach into the U.S. market.
