The trend continued on day 4, with the film earning 6.41 crore. This consistent performance is attributed to the film's strong appeal in B and C centers, which has also contributed to the success of Harshvardhan Rane's previous release, Sanam Teri Kasam.

With this impressive run, Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat is poised to surpass the lifetime collection of Sanam Teri Kasam, which currently stands as Harshvardhan Rane's top-grossing film.
