Despite initial intense nerves, Nwodim found the experience of performing solo invigorating. She also hinted that material from her one-woman show might appear in her Netflix Is a Joke show in May, acknowledging her tendency to be a last-minute planner.

She described a recent one-woman show where, despite using a character as a protective layer, she felt exposed.
