Ed Sheeran Banks £12M as Touring Firm Closes

Ed Sheeran is poised to earn £12 million following the closure of his touring firm, Hayagota-tourboi Touring LLP. Filed accounts reveal the company, established in 2012, generated over £400 million in its operational history. The most recent filings for 2024 showed a turnover of £40.3 million, with a profit of £12.5 million to be distributed to Sheeran after settling debts.

Despite this closure, Sheeran's touring activities continue. He embarked on his Loop Tour in January, with initial shows in Australia and New Zealand. The tour is scheduled to resume in South America in May, indicating his active engagement with live performances. In personal news, Sheeran provided an update on his wife, Cherry Seaborn, who is now 'on the other side' of her cancer journey. Seaborn was diagnosed with a tumor in her arm in February 2022, while six months pregnant with their second child, Jupiter.
