On October 21, 2025, season 34 of Dancing With the Stars will transport viewers to the magical world of Wicked with a special themed episode. The night will feature a variety of dances, including the argentine tango, contemporary, foxtrot, jazz, rumba, and quickstep, all set to iconic songs from the beloved musical.
Joining the regular judges, Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, and Bruno Tonioli, will be guest judge Jon M. Chu, the director of the upcoming Wicked film adaptation. The episode will showcase a medley of Wicked favorites, such as "No One Mourns the Wicked," "Defying Gravity," "For Good," and "What Is This Feeling?"
Fans can look forward to seeing their favorite remaining couples take the stage with performances tailored to the Wicked theme. The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star will dance a foxtrot to "As Long as You're Mine," while the Olympic gold medalist will perform a rumba to "For Good." The social media personality will showcase a jazz routine to "What Is This Feeling?," and Dylan's rumba will be set to "I'm Not That Girl." Fishel will bring an argentine tango to "No Good Deed," and Hendrix will take on a contemporary to "Defying Gravity." Rounding out the night, the Pentatonix vocalist and Arnold will perform a contemporary to "The Wizard And I."
