Retired NBA Star Dwight Howard Expands His Empire Beyond Basketball

In the years since retiring from the NBA, former basketball star Dwight Howard has been expanding his horizons beyond the court. The former NBA champion, Olympic gold medalist, and eight-time All-Star has been actively pursuing opportunities in the entertainment industry.

Over the past few years, Howard has appeared in several films, including the basketball romantic comedy "Just Wright" and the action thriller "The Equalizer 2." He has also had TV credits in shows like "Black-ish," "Never Have I Ever," and "The Odd Couple." Additionally, Howard competed on the 32nd season of "Dancing With The Stars" and the sixth season of "The Masked Singer" as a purple octopus.

Aside from his on-screen ventures, Howard hosts the podcast "Above The Rim with D12," where he often delves into discussions about culture and lifestyle issues, going beyond just sports.
