Duck Dynasty Crew Faces Near-Death Ice Storm Survival

Members of the "Duck Dynasty" crew recently battled a severe winter storm, an event Jase Robertson described as an "ice-pocalypse." The storm left them without power for eight days and created treacherous conditions.

The crew faced significant challenges, including fallen trees blocking their paths, necessitating the use of chainsaws to clear routes. During an attempt to navigate rising water under thick ice in an Argo vehicle, a crew member began to suffer from hypothermia after punching holes in his waders while breaking ice.

Further peril struck Jase Robertson when he sustained a chainsaw injury to his leg, which he initially overlooked. He also had a near-fatal encounter when a massive tree limb fell precisely where he had been standing moments before, narrowly avoiding a deadly accident.
