The filming for the highly anticipated Malayalam threequel, Drishyam 3, has officially concluded with actor Mohanlal announcing the wrap. The celebrated actor shared a behind-the-scenes video, fueling excitement among fans who are now eagerly awaiting the release date. The director, Jeethu Joseph, has indicated that the approach for this installment will be organic, focusing on the natural progression of Georgekutty's family life.

Jeethu Joseph emphasized that his creative process for Drishyam 3 does not involve consciously attempting to surpass the success of its predecessor. Instead, his narrative focus remains on Georgekutty and his family, exploring potential events in their lives following the gap since the second film. This assures fans of a storyline deeply rooted in character and continuity.

Meanwhile, the Hindi adaptation of Drishyam, featuring Ajay Devgn in the lead role, is also progressing. It has been confirmed that the Malayalam version will be released first, with the Hindi version expected to follow approximately two months later.
