According to a recent video, rapper Rick Ross has weighed in on the ongoing feud between Drake and Kendrick Lamar. Ross claims that Drake's involvement in the 2021 beef between the two artists has singlehandedly revived Lamar's career.
"Listen to this... 2021 plus, Drake's killing him," said Ross. "If it's 2010 plus, Drake's killing him. Kendrick's catalog is horrible, and y'all know I'm not capping. It's f -- ing a-! Nobody listened to Mr. Morale."
Ross went on to criticize Lamar for his lack of features, while hyping up Drake's forthcoming album "Iceman." He stated that Lamar "does nothing for rap" and that Drake has been more generous in collaborating with other artists.
The praise for Drake is not surprising, as Ross has frequently shown support for the 6 God on his livestreams. In a separate stream earlier this month, Ross even showed off a $330,000 Maybach that Drake had allegedly gifted him, saying, "There's no loyalty left in the world for people like him in the entertainment industry, and I love him. And I'm loyal to him."
However, the two rappers are currently embroiled in a class-action lawsuit, which accuses Ross and Drake of promoting the online casino Stake, thereby "glamorizing the platform to millions of impressionable fans."
