Dollywood Parks & Resorts has once again been lauded for its outstanding workplace environment, securing a spot on Newsweek's "America's Greatest Workplaces for Women" list for 2026. This is the second consecutive year the popular theme park has received this prestigious award, which evaluates companies based on critical factors including leadership, integrity, compensation, work-life balance, and employee benefits.
The recognition stems from an extensive independent study conducted by Newsweek between April and October 2025. This nationwide survey incorporated insights from nearly 180,000 employee interviews and over 2.7 million company reviews, drawing data from previous studies conducted between 2022 and 2024. Dollywood's consistent high performance in these evaluations highlights its dedication to fostering a positive and supportive work setting.
Beyond this recent accolade, Dollywood has a history of being recognized as a top employer and a leader in hospitality. The company was recently ranked No. 50 on Forbes' Best Customer Service 2026 list, and it remains the only theme park globally to receive Amusement Today's Golden Ticket award for best guest experience.
