Summary
- Niece Rebecca Seaver removed from museum director role.
- Estate management entity 'She's Alive, LLC' made the changes.
- Estate faces legal battle with nephew Bryan Seaver.

The estate of country music icon Dolly Parton has undergone significant personnel changes. Rebecca Seaver, niece of Dolly Parton and director of the singer's museum and archives, was reportedly terminated along with her entire staff on Thursday, October 29. This move was initiated by She's Alive, LLC (SAL), the entity established by Parton to manage her professional property and business interests posthumously.
These changes follow the September termination of Bryan Seaver, Rebecca's brother and Dolly Parton's head of security for over two decades. Bryan Seaver is currently engaged in a legal battle with the estate. He confirmed his sister's termination in a Facebook post on October 31, expressing pride in her work on Dolly's archive and museum. Earlier, on October 23, Danielle Parton, another niece, was appointed as the official brand ambassador for the Dolly Parton Estate.
SAL, managed by Dolly Parton's longtime manager Danny Nozell, sued Bryan Seaver after his termination, alleging threats and seeking a restraining order, which was granted. A court date was set for November 10. Bryan Seaver has denied these allegations, with his legal team asserting that SAL is presenting a misleading narrative. His attorneys filed a response on November 2, reiterating his denial of wrongdoing and requesting the case's dismissal.
