The 8,400-square-foot Spanish Colonial Revival-style property, which Keaton owned and lovingly renovated from 2007 to 2010, is now on the market for a staggering $25 million.
Keaton, known for her sophisticated design sensibilities, made extensive updates to the 1927 home during her ownership. As detailed in a 2008 issue of Architectural Digest, the Oscar-winning actress transformed the once "dark" and awkwardly-sized entrance hall into a spacious library, and replaced a "horrifying" fireplace with a simple arched brick Spanish fireplace that she repeated in other rooms.
