Ranveer Singh's upcoming film, Dhurandhar 2, is generating significant buzz and is expected to be a major box office success. The spy action thriller, directed by Aditya Dhar, is poised to challenge Shah Rukh Khan's impressive post-COVID box office total.

The first installment of Dhurandhar was instrumental in Ranveer Singh's career comeback, following a period of several underperforming films. This film not only became the highest-grossing Bollywood movie historically but also propelled Singh's post-COVID earnings beyond 1000 crore rupees.

Shah Rukh Khan, on the other hand, has enjoyed a stellar run in the post-pandemic era with three consecutive hits, accumulating a total of 1415.64 crore rupees. His films Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki were all commercially successful.

With Dhurandhar 2, Ranveer Singh is on track to surpass Shah Rukh Khan's current post-pandemic earnings, needing an estimated 229.32 crore rupees. The sequel is projected to exceed 1000 crore rupees domestically.

However, despite the potential box office gains for Dhurandhar 2, Shah Rukh Khan's 100% success ratio with his recent films contrasts with Ranveer Singh's 40% success rate, suggesting Bollywood's Badshah maintains an advantage in consistent performance.
