Legendary actor Dharmendra's ashes were immersed in the sacred Ganga river at Haridwar's Har Ki Pauri on December 3, marking a poignant moment for the Deol family. The private ceremony, conducted with full Vedic rituals, was led by Dharmendra's grandsons, Karan and Abhay Deol, and Bobby Deol's two sons, under the guidance of their traditional priest. This solemn occasion followed the family's arrival in Haridwar on December 2.
The Deol brothers, Sunny and Bobby, were present with four other family members, including their children, at the Pilibhit House. They ensured the immersion rituals at Har Ki Pauri were kept intimate, away from public and media attention. Following the sacred rites, the family participated in a customary holy dip in the Ganga and offered prayers before departing.
