The Deol brothers, Sunny and Bobby, were present with four other family members, including their children, at the Pilibhit House. They ensured the immersion rituals at Har Ki Pauri were kept intimate, away from public and media attention. Following the sacred rites, the family participated in a customary holy dip in the Ganga and offered prayers before departing.
