The highly anticipated action entertainer 'Kara', featuring Dhanush in the lead role and directed by Vignesh Raja, has officially announced its worldwide theatrical release for April 30, 2026. Ishari K Ganesh, the producer and founder of Vels Film International, shared this exciting news.
The film, previously known as #D54, is described as an emotionally rooted suspense thriller. Vignesh Raja previously collaborated with writer Alfred Prakash on the critically acclaimed thriller 'Por Thozhil', and they have reunited for 'Kara'.
Mamitha Baiju joins Dhanush as the female lead. The ensemble cast includes notable actors such as K S Ravikumar, Jayaram, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Karunas, and Prithvi Pandiraj, promising a strong performance lineup.
