Devoted Husband Dresses as Elphaba to Support Wife on 'Dancing with the Stars'

Last week, the contestants on the ABC competition series 'Dancing with the Stars' took on 'Wicked'-themed performances, and one husband went the extra mile to support his wife. During the episode that aired on October 21, 2025, Whitney Leavitt's husband, Conner, dressed up as Elphaba, complete with green face paint, to cheer on his wife and her partner Mark Ballas as they performed a quickstep to "Popular."

The extra support seemed to pay off, as Whitney and Mark earned their first 10s of the season for their routine. They weren't the only ones to achieve that milestone, as Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa also received perfect scores for their rumba to "For Good."

However, not everyone was able to attend the 'Wicked' night festivities. Bindi Irwin, a former 'DWTS' contestant, and her 4-year-old daughter Grace were forced to cheer from home, as Grace was not feeling well. Bindi shared on social media that they "absolutely adore being in the audience to celebrate Uncle Robert" on the show, but had to sit this week out due to her daughter's illness.

Despite the absence of the Irwin family, the 'Wicked' night was full of surprises and standout performances, showcasing the dedication and creativity of the 'DWTS' contestants.
