Desperate Father Searches for Missing Daughter at Illicit Desert Raves

As of November 15th, 2025, a father named Luis is searching for his missing daughter in the heart of the Moroccan desert. He has joined a group of nomadic ravers, a self-sustaining misfit community that travels from one bass-drop oasis to the next, hosting illicit dance parties. Along with his young son Esteban and their pet dog, Luis shows photos of his daughter to the dancers, hoping someone has seen her.

However, the military soon arrives to shut down the rave, as political instability of unknown origin is reaching a boiling point. The travelers, including Jade, Bigui, Steff, Tonin, and Josh, decide to follow a convoy to another party a few days away, with Luis and his family in tow. As they journey through the treacherous terrain, news reports suggest that WWIII may be unfolding just over the horizon.

The film, titled "Sirāt," offers a captivating and immersive look at this underground desert-rave scene, blending arthouse sensibilities with meditative, lost-soul voyaging.
