RHOBH Alum Denise Richards Granted 5-Year Restraining Order Against Ex

On November 16, 2025, Denise Richards, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, made an appearance at the Bravo2Bravo panel at BravoCon 2025. Richards, 54, joined fellow Bravolebrities Brittany Cartwright, Luann de Lesseps, and Kim Zolciak at the event.

Richards' appearance comes amid her ongoing divorce from ex-husband Aaron Phypers, whom she was married to for six years before he filed for divorce in July 2025. During the panel, Richards revealed that she was granted a 5-year restraining order against Phypers, stating that "it's a process" but that she has "such a great support system."

The RHOBH alum also discussed the challenges of being in the public eye, noting that "being in the tabloids" is "very daunting" and that "on reality, you can't pretend it's not happening." Despite the difficulties, Richards said she would consider being a full-time Housewife again, as she was during seasons 9 and 10 of the show.

In August 2025, Richards was spotted filming for RHOBH, where she discussed her divorce with Erika Jayne and Sutton Stracke. A source close to production revealed that Richards "still has a lot of connections within the cast of RHOBH" and that her return to the show "made sense" for her to share her side of the story.
