Denise Richards Details Abuse By Ex Aaron Phypers

Denise Richards has publicly detailed allegations of abuse by her estranged husband, Aaron Phypers. In a recent podcast appearance, the actress described their relationship, which spanned over eight years and six years of marriage, as having become physically, emotionally, and financially abusive.

Richards stated that Phypers became a different person than the one she married. She recounted a particularly shocking incident where Phypers allegedly slapped her across the face. This event occurred after their wedding and after Phypers obtained his green card.

She explained that her father always advised her that if a man hits a woman once, he will hit her again. Despite the severity, Richards initially felt bad for Phypers due to his remorse but later experienced more severe abuse, including a black eye, which she claimed happened after police responded to an argument at his home.

Phypers, through a source, has denied all accusations against him. He previously accused Richards of cheating and physical abuse. Richards acknowledged exchanging "inappropriate" text messages with another man but vehemently denied cheating on Phypers.
