Demi Lovato's Hits Go Platinum Again!

Demi Lovato has recently received new RIAA milestones for two of her popular songs. "Cool for the Summer" and "Confident" have both been certified five-times Platinum by the RIAA. These achievements arrive as Lovato returns to the Disney universe that launched her career, reprising her role as Mitchie Torres in the upcoming film, Camp Rock 3.

The film, which sees Lovato also serving as an executive producer, is scheduled for release on Thursday, August 13, 2026, on Disney Channel, followed by a Disney+ release the next day. This marks a full-circle moment for the singer, nearly two decades after the original Camp Rock premiered in 2008. Her earlier hits, "Sorry Not Sorry" and "Heart Attack," have also achieved multi-Platinum status.

Lovato's musical success continues, with her ninth studio album, "It's Not That Deep," having been released in October 2025. The "Confident" era, from which these newly certified tracks originate, was a significant period for Lovato, with the album reaching No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and earning a Grammy nomination.
