According to a recent podcast episode, actor Dax Shepard was unsure if he would ever fall in love again after his nine-year open relationship with ex-girlfriend Briegh Morrison ended. Shepard and Morrison joined the podcast to reflect on their long-term relationship and its amicable conclusion.
Shepard shared that while the breakup was manageable, he struggled with the idea of moving on. "I had a deep fear. I'm like, 'Oh, I don't think I'll ever really feel the way I felt about Briegh with anybody.' I was quite scared of that," he admitted. Despite his initial doubts, Shepard eventually found love with Kristen Bell, whom he met in 2007. The couple got engaged in 2010 and married in 2013, and now share two daughters. Shepard's reunion with his ex-girlfriend Morrison and her husband, Marvel executive Brad Winderbaum, also revealed that Bell and Winderbaum had once gone on a date in college, though Morrison disputed this claim.
