David Letterman, renowned for his extensive late-night television career, has also embraced fatherhood since 2003. His son, Harry Letterman, was born on November 3, 2003, in New York. Initially kept out of the spotlight, Harry later attended his parents' wedding at age five, an event David humorously described as confusing for the young boy.

As Harry grew, David occasionally shared anecdotes about him on his show, particularly during his final episode in 2015, where he expressed deep gratitude for his family. The father-son relationship has remained a significant focus for David, especially after Harry departed for college in September 2022.
