Bromstad's Fan Moment & Sobriety Milestone

David Bromstad recently celebrated his 53rd birthday, reflecting on his personal growth and sobriety. The HGTV personality marked his August 17th birthday with an Instagram post detailing an 'incredible year' of building, reflection, and authentic connections.

Bromstad expressed deep gratitude for his sobriety, stating it has brought him 'the most yummy life I was always meant to live.' He shared photos and videos from a vacation in Provincetown, Massachusetts, including moments with friends and celebratory activities.

This personal reflection follows a recent fan encounter documented on HGTV's Instagram. During the filming of 'My Lottery Dream Home,' a fan recognized Bromstad and expressed admiration for his show. Bromstad warmly engaged with the fan, even overstepping a crew member's attempt to maintain filming privacy.
