21 Feb
Summary
- Daredevil Season 2 will not feature MCU crossovers.
- Showrunner cites Hell's Kitchen focus for separation.
- Previous cameos by Daredevil and Kingpin noted.

Daredevil's highly anticipated Season 2, set to premiere on March 24, 2026, will forgo appearances from other Marvel Cinematic Universe characters. Showrunner Dario Scardapane expressed enthusiasm for comic book crossovers but explained the creative decision to keep the series grounded. He stated that the show aims to maintain a distinct identity within the MCU.
Scardapane described the separation as the team's way of joking that "those guys are uptown - we're downtown!" This highlights their focus on the gritty reality of Hell's Kitchen. While Daredevil, portrayed by Charlie Cox, previously appeared in "Spider-Man: No Way Home" and "She-Hulk: Attorney at Law," and Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin featured in "Hawkeye," Season 2 will keep its narrative contained.
