Danniella Westbrook, the former EastEnders actress, has unveiled her new facial appearance after undergoing significant reconstruction surgery last week in Dubai. The 52-year-old shared a selfie by the pool, showing her nose still bruised and bandaged following the procedure at Gargash Hospital. The surgery encompassed a comprehensive face, neck, and brow lift, as well as lip and nose reconstruction.

This extensive operation is a crucial step for Westbrook, who has battled a collapsing face for years, stemming from past cocaine addiction and osteoporosis. She has previously undergone numerous reconstructive surgeries to address these complications, particularly a collapsed septum. Westbrook has openly shared her struggles, estimating a significant financial spend on her past drug use. She previously expressed dissatisfaction with a 2023 facial reconstruction, having waited seven years to find a suitable surgeon.

Westbrook's health issues also impacted her professional life, leading to her being recast in the upcoming movie 'Tales From The Trap' due to respiratory struggles. She was initially set to play a gangster granny but had to withdraw from filming. The actress, who rose to fame at 16 on EastEnders, has had a complex career history, including her contract termination due to addiction and a successful stint on Celebrity Big Brother in 2016.
