Radcliffe Narrates Comedian's 'Graceland' Parody Album

Daniel Radcliffe, known for his role as Harry Potter, is set to narrate comedian and singer Kyle Gordon's third album, titled 'Kyle Gordon Is Everywhere.' This album is scheduled for release on October 2. Radcliffe's contributions will appear as narration during the album's interludes, delivered in a manner described as reminiscent of David Attenborough.

The album's initial single, 'Mr Jambo,' is already available. This track humorously targets Paul Simon's iconic album 'Graceland,' which is celebrating its 40th anniversary this summer. The music video for 'Mr Jambo,' filmed across South Africa and the Kingdom of Eswatini, was released concurrently with the single.

Kyle Gordon has established a reputation for his parodies that adopt various personas and musical styles. His previous albums include 'Kyle Gordon Is Great,' featuring parodies of 2000s country music and pop-punk emo, and 'Kyle Gordon Is Wonderful,' which satirized folk-pop and British rap. 'Kyle Gordon Is Everywhere' aims to playfully satirize a diverse range of genres, including indie sleazepop, early 2000s Disney Channel music, and late 1990s minivan rock.

Gordon expressed that with this latest project, he aimed to craft a comprehensive and cohesive comedy album that functions as a complete work while also offering individual catchy pop songs. He believes he has achieved a balance where the songs are humorous without compromising on songwriting quality, resulting in tracks that are both funny and musically strong.
