SRK's Iconic Looks: Dabboo Ratnani Reveals Secrets

Celebrity photographer Dabboo Ratnani has shared intimate details and behind-the-scenes stories from his long-standing professional relationship with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. Speaking on a podcast, Ratnani discussed the strong comfort level and natural understanding that facilitated their numerous iconic collaborations over the years.

Ratnani revealed that the majority of his photoshoots with Shah Rukh Khan, approximately 90%, were conducted at the actor's residence. This setting allowed for a more relaxed atmosphere, enabling the photographer to capture genuine moments rather than just posed images. He recalled instances where Khan was photographed naturally interacting with his pet dog, Flash, at Ratnani's studio.

The photographer also detailed his unconventional creative process. For one memorable shoot, Ratnani found inspiration in discarded tyres at a local shop while getting his own car's tyre changed. He procured 200 of these tyres to create a unique backdrop at a studio, demonstrating his ability to transform everyday objects into compelling visual art.

Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is slated to appear in the upcoming film 'King', directed by Siddharth Anand, which is scheduled for release on December 24, 2026.
