Corey Feldman's Role Cut From Film, Saved From Humiliation

Actor Corey Feldman recently shared an experience where he was offered a role in Wes Craven's 2005 film, 'Cursed.' Feldman recounted being approached by Craven, who expressed admiration for his work and offered him a part. Despite initial enthusiasm, Feldman was presented with a script featuring a single, demeaning line playing himself, which he found deeply humiliating.

Feldman admitted that he accepted the role due to a generous financial offer that was too lucrative to refuse, despite his reservations. He filmed the scene, describing the experience as professional but the role itself as awful. He felt he had compromised his artistic integrity for the money, dreading the film's release.

However, 'Cursed' faced numerous production issues, leading to significant reshoots. Feldman was ultimately relieved to learn his cameo was completely cut from the final version. He considered this a fortunate outcome, allowing him to benefit financially without enduring the public humiliation of the cut scene.
