Comedian Munishkanth Leads New 'Middle Class' Film

On November 11, 2025, the trailer launch of the new film 'Middle Class' was held in Chennai. The film, directed by Kishore Muthuramalingam, stars comedian Munishkanth in the lead role, along with Vijayalakshmi, Kali Venket, Radha Ravi, Qureshi, and Vela Ramamoorthy in important roles.

At the event, music composer Santhosh Narayanan, who is scoring the film's music, shared his personal "middle class" experiences with the audience. Narayanan recalled his early struggles, such as when he had to travel to Bangalore for a job interview, using the meager savings he had collected in CD covers. He also shared how he had to lie about losing his wallet to avoid paying for in-flight TV, as he could not afford the additional charges.

Narayanan's emotional and humorous anecdotes highlighted the real-life challenges faced by the middle class, which the film 'Middle Class' aims to portray. The film is set to release in theaters on November 21, 2025, and is expected to resonate with audiences seeking a relatable and entertaining depiction of everyday middle-class life.
