Christina Applegate has shared a personal update with fans, addressing ongoing health challenges. The actress, who was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in 2021, expressed gratitude for the outpouring of love and well wishes.

Applegate, known for her roles in 'Anchorman' and 'Dead to Me,' described her health issues as constant but emphasized her strength and daily improvement. While she did not confirm reports of a hospital stay, she indicated she is taking a moment to focus on her well-being.

Since her MS diagnosis, Applegate has been candid about her experience, calling it a 'strange journey.' She previously underwent a double mastectomy in 2008 after a breast cancer diagnosis. She co-hosts the podcast MeSsy with Jamie-Lynn Sigler, who also has MS, to discuss the condition.

Applegate has previously described living with MS as extremely difficult, noting that stress can worsen symptoms. She has spoken powerfully about the stigma associated with the disease, stating it's the 'worst thing' she has ever experienced.
