Christian McCartney Stars in New Comedy 'Defensive'

Christian McCartney is reuniting with Twinbolt Media to lead the upcoming feature film 'Defensive.' He will star alongside Mark Christopher Lawrence, Robert Amaya, Chris Petrovski, Camila Camilo, and Evan Huffed.

In addition to his acting role, McCartney is also making his screenwriting debut with 'Defensive.' The movie is described as a mystery comedy that centers on Clarence, an overly aggressive basketball enthusiast.

Clarence assembles an unusual team of amateur detectives to combat a corrupt businessman threatening their community center. As their investigation escalates into absurdity, Clarence must confront a personal issue.

This project marks a return to working with Twinbolt Media for McCartney, who previously collaborated on the indie drama 'Just One More.' Kyler Cook is directing 'Defensive,' and principal photography is currently underway in Pennsylvania.
