Chris Jericho made a highly anticipated return to AEW Dynamite on Wednesday, marking his first appearance on AEW programming in 10 months. The wrestling veteran appeared on stage after his entrance music played, declaring "I'm home" to a roaring crowd at the Canada Life Centre. This return comes after a period of intense speculation regarding a potential move back to WWE, where Jericho had a significant career spanning nearly two decades before his switch to AEW.
Since joining AEW in 2019, Jericho was immediately positioned as a top star, notably becoming the inaugural AEW World Champion. He has consistently featured in major matches and storylines, proving his enduring talent despite his veteran status. While nearing the end of his career, Jericho's return suggests he still has more to offer, potentially engaging in new matches against younger talent or revisiting past rivalries before his eventual retirement.
