Director PS Mithran recently shared that he had initially planned a film with veteran actor Chiranjeevi. This project was conceptualized before Mithran's work with Yash. Unfortunately, scheduling differences prevented this collaboration from moving forward.
Mithran clarified that the script he developed for Chiranjeevi is distinct from the one created for Yash. The Chiranjeevi script remains in Mithran's possession, leaving open the possibility of their future collaboration. This proposed film was reportedly to be produced by the same company backing Chiranjeevi's current project, 'Kaaka'.
Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi is actively involved with his upcoming action thriller 'Kaaka,' with its first glimpse released on his 71st birthday. He is also set to star in the socio-fantasy thriller 'Vishwambhara.' PS Mithran is currently directing the sequel to his 2022 film 'Sardar,' titled 'Sardar 2,' slated for release on September 10, 2026.
