Chef Sanjyot Keer's Culinary Comeback

Chef Sanjyot Keer, a notable alumnus of 'MasterChef India,' recently experienced a full-circle moment by returning to the show's set as a guest judge. This return marked over a decade of consistent effort towards his vision of presenting Indian cuisine authentically and innovatively to a global audience through his platform, Your Food Lab. The experience was described as a homecoming, reminding him of the impact of persistent work and unwavering belief.

During his appearance, Keer led a cook-along challenge, a format familiar to him from his own successful 'Chef It Up' series. He designed a complex dish inspired by Lucknow's basket chaat, ingeniously incorporating a savory Rajasthani ghewar as a unique base. This reimagined chaat featured diverse components and lesser-known Indian ingredients like Bandel cheese and Bhuransh flowers, emphasizing technique, flavor, and structure while staying true to Indian culinary roots.
