Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, has initiated new legal proceedings, asserting that the actor currently owes her a substantial sum of $15 million in overdue child support. The documents, filed in Los Angeles on December 4, detail a claim of $15,386,243 in unpaid support.
According to the filing, the alleged arrears include approximately $8.9 million in child support payments that should have been made between March 2011 and December 2025. Furthermore, Mueller claims an additional $6.4 million has accumulated in interest on these overdue amounts. She asserts that Sheen was contractually obligated to provide $55,000 monthly.
Mueller stated that Sheen began making inconsistent payments, or ceased them entirely, starting in July 2011, well after their marriage concluded in 2011. The former couple are parents to 16-year-old twin sons, Bob and Max.
