Charli XCX Drops New Album, Taps David Cronenberg

Charli XCX has officially released her newest album, Music, Fashion, Film, on Friday, July 24, 2026. This project follows her recent work on the Wuthering Heights soundtrack earlier this year. The album contains a total of 11 songs, including four singles that were previously shared with fans: "Camera," "SS26," "Rock Music," and "Wink Wink."

The final track on the album, "No One Lasts Forever," features a notable spoken-word segment with acclaimed director David Cronenberg. Charli XCX shared that she met with Cronenberg in Toronto for this collaboration, describing him as an interesting and intelligent individual with a unique perspective on art and legacy. She had previously given fans a preview of the new songs during intimate performances in NYC and London.

Following the release of Music, Fashion, Film, Charli XCX is preparing to commence a North American arena tour. The tour is scheduled to begin in Philadelphia on September 11, 2026, with additional stops planned in Brooklyn, Toronto, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. This new album arrives after the significant success of her 2024 album, Brat, which achieved critical acclaim and commercial success.
