Celine Dion's opulent Florida residence, celebrated for its extraordinary private water park, has been sold for $38.5 million. This custom-built aquatic paradise, conceived with her late partner René Angélil, was designed to offer her family unparalleled privacy and entertainment.
The singer purchased the Jupiter Island property in 2005 for $12.5 million and acquired the adjacent lot in 2008 for $7 million. By 2010, these were replaced by a spectacular water park, valued at $72.5 million, featuring massive pools, a twisting slide, and a lazy river that utilized 500,000 gallons of water.
Additional amenities included a 10,000-square-foot main house, guest houses, a beach house, and a tennis center. Dion listed the home in 2013, initially asking $72.5 million, but the price was reduced several times before its eventual sale in 2017.
Meanwhile, Celine Dion is preparing for her highly anticipated return to the music stage with a concert residency in Paris, set to commence on September 12, 2026, at the Plénitude Arena. Initially planned for 16 shows, demand led to an additional 10 dates being added for May 2027.
