The Plenitude Arena in Paris, hosting 26 shows for Dion starting Saturday, is anticipating that hundreds of attendees each night may discover their tickets are fraudulent upon arrival. This situation mirrors past events where hundreds of fans were turned away due to scams. The arena's marketing director, Celine Trioux, highlighted that the risk escalates during initial ticket sales and leading up to shows, as fans desperately seek entry.

Fans are strongly advised to purchase tickets exclusively through authorized resale platforms such as AXS France, Ticketmaster France, and Fnac Spectacles. Checking website URLs for authenticity is crucial, as scammers often use addresses very similar to legitimate ones. The arena has established a complaints desk to assist victims who discover their tickets are fake at the venue entrance and will guide them through filing a police report.
