Celina Jaitly's Heartbreak: Denied Access to Children

Celina Jaitly has publicly detailed her painful divorce proceedings from husband Peter Haag, expressing immense maternal trauma. She shared a deeply emotional video of her visit to her son Shamsher's grave, underscoring her anguish. Jaitly revealed that despite an Austrian court's undertaking, her children were moved to an undisclosed location and not returned.

She recounted dedicating herself to supporting her husband's career through multiple international relocations, sacrificing her own. Jaitly stated that her assets were gradually taken, and she endured abuse. Despite good-faith attempts at amicable separation, she claims unreasonable demands concerning her premarital assets persist.

Jaitly is reportedly denied any communication with her three sons—Winston, Viraj, and Arthur—even with a subsisting joint custody order from an Austrian Family Court. She alleges persistent interference with her access to the children, including obstruction of communication and claims of brainwashing.

Previously, Jaitly had initiated divorce proceedings in Mumbai last November, citing domestic violence and abuse. The legal battle continues, with Jaitly asserting her rights as a mother amidst these challenging circumstances.
