Summary
- Celina Jaitly filed for divorce citing domestic violence.
- She claims denial of access to her three children.
- Her husband allegedly served divorce papers as a gift.

Celina Jaitly initiated divorce proceedings against her husband, Peter Haag, in November of the previous year, citing domestic violence. Recently, she shared a detailed account on social media, stating she has been denied access to their three children. This alleged denial persists despite a subsisting order from the Austrian Family Court granting joint custody.
Jaitly further disclosed that her husband presented her with the divorce notice as an anniversary gift, driving her to the post office to receive it. Her lawyer indicated that Haag filed for divorce in an Austrian court last year after Jaitly discovered undisclosed property sales in Vienna, and he is reportedly seeking to invalidate her claims on their assets.
The actress, represented by Karanjawala & Co., is seeking monthly maintenance of ₹10 lakh and has requested that Haag be restrained from entering her Mumbai residence. She also seeks custody of their three children, who are currently residing with Haag in Austria, and demands compensation of ₹50 crore for alleged loss of earnings.
